With TÜV AUSTRIA Private Certification Scheme “OK vegan”, a comprehensive certification system The Scheme sets out the fundamental requirements that an Organization’s products must meet in order to obtain the “ok vegan” certification for the production of products that are free from materials and ingredients of animal origin.
The purpose of this Scheme is to help prevent and reduce the use of products of animal origin, to avoid the exploitation of animals and to minimize all possibilities of contamination of vegan products with materials of animal origin.
